We understand the expectations for professional-grade equipment, reliable on-site management, seamless setup and teardown, and contingency planning for weather. Whether it is a corporate team-building event, client entertainment evening, or executive gathering, we bring the professionalism your company expects.

Every Premiere Outdoor Movies package includes a professional inflatable screen, a high-lumen laser projector, commercial-grade audio, a generator so you are never dependent on venue power, full delivery and setup, and an on-site operator who runs the event and handles complete teardown afterward. Screen sizes start at 12 feet for intimate gatherings and go up to 52 feet for large festivals and community events.

Summer is peak season, but spring and fall events are absolutely viable and increasingly popular. Connecticut's pleasant spring weather makes May events lovely for corporate entertaining and community kickoffs. Fall events in September and October offer crisp, comfortable evenings that audiences love. We recommend adding heaters or fire elements for early October events to extend the comfort of your guests.

We monitor weather closely and do not make final calls until the morning of your event when forecasts are most accurate. Our flexible rescheduling policy allows you to move to another available date at no additional charge if inclement weather arrives. We cannot operate in rain or sustained winds over 15 miles per hour, but we work quickly to find alternate dates that fit your schedule.

We recommend 4 to 8 weeks in advance, especially for peak summer weekends from June through August. Fairfield County in particular books up fast during the summer entertaining season. That said, always reach out even for last-minute dates and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
