⚠ A Few Things You'll Need to Handle

Confirm your venue's ceiling height with us before booking — the Fastfold requires a minimum 8 ft ceiling; the inflatable options require 14 ft or higher.
Access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area (we run our own extension cables).
A clear wall or open area to project onto if not using our screen — though we always recommend using the screen for the best picture quality.
A movie license if showing a commercially released film to a public audience. Private events (parties, corporate gatherings) typically do not require one.

What ceiling height do I need?

The Fastfold 10×6 screen works in any venue with a ceiling of 8 feet or higher — which covers the vast majority of indoor spaces. For the AirScreen Nano (12 ft) or the 16-foot Premiere Airtight inflatable, you'll need at least 14 feet of ceiling clearance. When you contact us, just share your ceiling height and we'll immediately tell you which options work.

Do the inflatable screens make noise during the event?

No — that's the key advantage of the AirScreen Airtight technology. Traditional inflatable screens require a blower running continuously to maintain their shape, which creates a constant humming noise. Our Nano and 16 ft Premiere Airtight screens inflate once before the event and hold their air, so there's zero blower noise during your show. Perfect for the quieter indoor environment.

Will the projector be bright enough if my venue has lights on?

We match the projector to your venue conditions. For best results, we recommend dimming or turning off overhead lights in the viewing area — but our projectors are high-lumen units that can handle a reasonable amount of ambient light. When you book, tell us about your venue's lighting situation and we'll confirm the right setup.

Can I connect my own laptop or streaming device?

Yes. Our projectors support HDMI input, so you can connect a laptop, streaming stick, tablet, or any HDMI-capable device. We handle the connection setup and test it before your event. Blu-ray and DVD playback are also included — bring a disc if you prefer physical media.

How much space does the setup take up?

The Fastfold requires very little space — just the footprint of the screen frame itself, plus room for the projector a few feet in front. The inflatable screens are wider at the base but still compact relative to their screen size. We'll confirm the setup footprint based on your specific venue during booking, and we work within whatever space you can provide.
